Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes, we do ship Worldwide!

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day processing period followed by a 7-18 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive your items.   The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that customs inspections can be a factor during shipment.     May I get a tracking number?

      • Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (5-7 days). Email:sales@masondelas.com    with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number. 

      Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

      • Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched. 

      How can I pay?

      • We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! 

      Do you ship COD?  (Cash on delivery) 

      • We accept online payment only. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

      What happens if I type in the wrong address?

        • If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at sales@masondelas.com  & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders! 

        I want to cancel my order. 

        • In case your order is over 24 hours, we can't cancel your order because we process your order after 24 hours.
        • If still in 24 hours, please send an email with your order ID and the reason why you want to cancel your order to our email address:   sales@masondelas.com 
        • We will check your order and reply as soon as we can.

        Where is my order? 

        • We are processing your order. After sending it out to our shipping service, we will send you an email with your order tracking number so that you can track where your order is.
        • Please wait for a few more days. Thank you.

          Why it’s taking so long? 

          • The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that customs inspections can be a factor during shipment. Our Standard Shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks and depending on how fast customs in our country processes the package.

            Do you ship to my country…? 

            • We are an international online shop. We ship products all over the world.

            How much euros/Australia dollars/  £  does it cost? 

            • We have an auto currency convert tool on the upright of the website.
            • You can choose the currency and see how much it costs.

              Why it declined my payment? (I paid by credit cards)

            • We use international online payment system.
            • In this case, please check your bank account again.
            • We accept Paypal also if you have a Paypal account, you can use it to pay for us.

              Why still I cannot pay for my order?

            • Please do it again a few moments later. Thank you for your efforts.

            Why I haven’t got any confirmation from my order? 

            • We send emails to the given email address when our customers place the order.
            • It might be in your email’ “Spam”.
            • Could you please give us your order ID? ( if possible, your name, shipping address and email address that you used to place the order).
            • We will resend you the confirmation soon.

            Taxes & Duties:  

            • We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
